Compete live on stage for the first Taboo Pageant title, cash, gift certificates and product! The Taboo Naughty But Nice Sex Show is Western Canada's largest Adult Trade Show... an upscale adult playground dedicated to enhancing lifestyles, encouraging romance, personal betterment and all things Taboo! Since Taboo is a show directed towards adult material, the pageant will be a bit "edgier" than a typical pageant! With that being said, the retro/pinup needs to come across in your character on stage. Think Bettie Page and Marilyn Monroe...keep it classy and timeless, yet taboo! PAGEANT INFO - There will be multiple rounds; vintage lingerie fashion walk, costume or choice walk, talent portion and a question and answer period. - Talents...Be Creative and Stay Classy! Past talents have included singing and dancing, but feel free to show us what makes you unique! Audience participation is also welcome. Talent routines must need to be between 3 and 5 minutes in length. - Contestants will need to be available for Jan. 18th and 20th 2013. - Unlike our past pageants, risque wardrobe is recommended! Pasties, body paint and leather are more than welcome as this is an 19+ event. Props are highly encouraged. - Contestants will be judged on the following: hairstyle, makeup, wardrobe, confidence, creativity, poise, talent, stage presence, personality - Titles may include the following:Miss Pinup Taboo '13 1st place Miss Pinup Taboo '13 2nd place Miss Pinup Taboo '13 3rd place Viewers Choice Winner (by audience applause) Best Personality Best Talent Best Dressed Best Hair Best Makeup DATE AND SHOW TIMES T.B.A! - Bronze - Generally valued at over $500 in cash and/or contra. Business name listed on event poster.
- Silver - Generally falling in the range of $1000 and up in cash and/or contra. Logo placement on posters/flyers, mention on stage during pageant.
- Gold - Generally valued at $2500 and up in cash and/or contra. Logo placement on posters/flyers, multiple mentions and extended business profile on stage during pageant, links to website on social media sites.
